Exchanges and Returns

We at ArmariaBr value the complete safety of our customers.


All of our products are guaranteed against manufacturing defects.

If the product arrives different from what was purchased, we will exchange or compensate.
If the product arrives with a manufacturing defect, we will exchange or compensate.

Step by step to request exchange or compensation:

1) Within a maximum period of 7 days after receiving the product, send us an email to < verissimolima.advogados@gmail.com > with clear photos and videos and demonstrating what the defect is or why the product is wrong.

Please note, we do not offer exchanges or refunds after this period.

Your complaint will be analyzed and responded to in the same email within 7 working days.

2) If a defect or error is proven during product delivery, you may choose one of the following alternatives:

  • Receive a refund of the amount paid.
  • Receive a new product equal to the one ordered.
  • Receive a product of similar value.
  • Receive a coupon with the value of the product to use on future purchases.
    All product characteristics are in the description to avoid errors.
