1) HOW DO I FINALIZE A PAYMENT?

We accept the following types of payment:
  • Credit cards (installments in up to 12 installments)
  • Bank slip (single installment)
  • PIX

2) HOW DO I KNOW IF MY ORDER WAS COMPLETED SUCCESSFULLY?

Once payment is made and confirmed you will receive an email with purchase details.

If you don't find it in your inbox, check your junk mail and spam folders.

3) HOW DO I CHECK YOUR ORDER INFORMATION?

There is a link in the email you received, just click and follow.
4) HOW TO CHANGE OR CANCEL AN ORDER?

To cancel an order, send an email to < verissimolima.investimentos@gmail.com > within 1 hour after payment.

Remember that this is an international shipment and if the order has already been shipped, it will not be possible to cancel or even make any changes to an order in transit.
5) HOW LONG DOES THE SUPPLIER TAKE TO SHIP?

Purchases made on a business day may be shipped a few hours after confirmed payment. There may be some delays due to time differences or even holidays in the country of origin.
But don't worry, as soon as the product is shipped you will receive an email with all confirmations including the tracking number.
6) HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE FOR THE PRODUCT TO ARRIVE AT MY ADDRESS?

Our suppliers ship orders quickly and the average delivery time is 12 to 24 business days after payment confirmation.

It is necessary to make it clear that this is an import and is subject to inspection by the Federal Revenue Service when the product enters Brazil.

It is necessary to follow the “My Importations” website maintained by Correios at the link below to check whether the goods are moving.

7) HOW TO TRACK ORDERS?

Once payment is confirmed you will receive an email confirming your purchase.
While the package is outside Brazil, tracking can be carried out via the following websites:

When the package enters Brazil it can be tracked on the Correios website < https://rastreamento.correios.com.br/app/index.php >

The Federal Revenue of Brazil requires all people who import goods and products to register on the Minhas Importações dos Correios website, link below.

When the product arrives in Brazilian territory, it can be tracked by the Post Office and the code must be registered on the Minhas Importações website.
8) WHAT ARE THE TAXES FOR IMPORTED PRODUCTS?

All of our products are imported from the United States, Europe or Asia.

Under Brazilian law, imports of up to US$50 must be exempt from any type of tax, although in some cases the Federal Revenue Service taxes purchases.

Rest assured , if the product is taxed, we at ArmariaBr will pay the Import Tax for purchases made after 03/23/2024 .
IMPORTANT: Check availability for purchases over 9 units.

Sometimes the Post Office also charges a delivery fee that must also be paid by the buyer.
9) IF I DON’T LIKE THE PRODUCT?
 
If you don't like the product, you can return it and ask for a refund as set out on the "exchanges and returns" page.

Remembering that only the value of the product is compensable. International shipping costs and Import Tax are not refundable.

10) IF THE PRODUCT ARRIVES WRONG OR DIFFERENT FROM THE ORDER

You will have 7 days from the moment the product arrives to contact us by email < verissimolima.investimentos@gmail.com > and send photos and videos justifying the defect or error, as set out on the “Exchanges and Returns” page.

Remembering that there may be a small difference in color tones between the computer or cell phone and the real product, and in these cases there is no refund.

11) IF SOME PRODUCT DOESN’T ARRIVE?

Products are often sent by different suppliers and will arrive separately from each other.
You will receive a tracking code for each item in your purchase. Register all tracking on the website on the Minhas Importações website and track all packages.

12) IF A PRODUCT ARRIVES DAMAGED?

We apologize in advance, but please understand that the products are imported and that it is very rare but possible for damage to occur during transportation.

If this occurs, you have every right to request an exchange or refund. To do so, please contact us via email < verissimolima.investimentos@gmail.com > within 7 days of receiving the product.

The Armaria store offers a guarantee in the following situations:

  • Order was lost on the way and 20 working days passed the deadline for arrival;
  • Order suffered damage during shipping;
 
13) HOW LONG TO RECEIVE MY REFUND?

In most cases, the refund will be made to your bank account or refunded to your credit card within 15 working days.

14) HOW TO RETURN PRODUCTS?

We at ArmariaBr store hope that you are completely satisfied with your purchase.

But if you still want to return a product, please contact our support via email.

Returned products must be in their original condition along with the order confirmation email, it cannot be broken under any circumstances.

It is not possible to return products in the following situations below:

  • After more than 7 days have passed since receipt;
  • Items of clothing, including shoes, that did not fit due to size. Please note the size chart before purchasing.

In these cases we do not provide refunds.
